As a Regional Vice President of Shaw, Vice President of Interceramic, President of Parterre, President of To Marketand as a business owner, he has grown companies ranging from start up to totalrevenue of over $3 billion. Randy has joined in the growth plan of Intelli-Force simplybecause "this is one of the few game-changing innovations in flooring I have seen inmy history”.

David Czyz

David has over 30 years of experience in the Flooring Industry. David spent 22 years with Interface/Bentley Mills on the Senior Leadership team as the Vice President of Sales and also as a Partner in a Local Chicago Flooring Distributor. David is a multitalented sales leader with unique ability to design and execute sales strategies, identify new segment opportunities as well as create best practices.

Casey Cagle served as the Lieutenant Governor of Georgia for 12 years. During histenure, he ushered in countless economic deals for the state. Ashley Lindberg has been with the ICT Group for over a decade as the Group Sales & Marketing Coordinator finding niche projects and building and designing a vast library of marketing materials. Team buildingand a vision for industry changing technologies has been the key to this ongoing success.
